Evidence-informed joy practice

Our Story & Method

PeakVox is built around a simple idea: when you can shift state quickly and safely, everything gets easier—focus, connection, recovery. We use laughter as a practical skill, not a performance.

Mission

We help people and teams shift state—on demand—using the lightness of laughter. Our programs blend breath, vocalization, and social play principles to restore ease and focus.

  • Accessible
    Seated options, no equipment, camera-optional.
  • Repeatable
Short drills that fit real schedules.

Origins

PeakVox began as micro‑sessions for overworked founders. Word spread, and we adapted our format for remote, hybrid, and in‑person teams with measurable outcomes.

A small principle we keep
Practice should be kind, optional, and never “forced fun”.
Psychological safety

Facilitation standards

What you can expect in every PeakVox session—clear consent, choices, and practical exercises.

  • Consent-first participation
Always optional. You can watch, scale down, or step out without explanation.
  • Body-neutral cues
We avoid “should” language and offer multiple versions for different needs.
  • Camera-optional approach
We can run fully audio-only. No pressure to perform.
  • Clear start/stop signals
We use simple timing, transitions, and debriefs to keep things grounded.
